Courseware Developers (CDIP)
CDIP will be involved in the
design & development of
WSQ [1] courseware, specifically for
IP Competency Framework standards [2]. The available
categories for courseware design and development
are:
IP Research, IP Protection,
IP Finance, Technology Incubation, IP
Exploitation, IP Enforcement and Business
Management.
Requirements:

CDIP shall possess an
ACTA qualification and preferably
DACE qualification/candidate. Most
preferably if you have prior experirence in
the design and development of at least one
WSQ unit.

CDIP needs to be familiar
with the different
forms of Intellectual Property such as
Patent, Trademark, Copyright, Confidential
Secrets and Designs.

CDIP developing "IP
Finance" modules shall be be a Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA) and/or has a
postgraduate degree in Accounting or
Finance. The IP Finance related modules are:
"Evaluate IP financing", "Evaluate IP
valuation", "Evaluate taxation in IP". In
addition, CPAs and CFAs may be engaged to
collaborate on IP valuation/consulting
projects - need to be familiar with
Income Tax Act Section 19B.

CDIP developing "IP
Protection" and/or "IP Enforcement"
shall possess a law degree, preferably IP
degree/specialisation.

Upon acceptance of the
courseware, CDIP may be further engaged as
the module facilitator and assessor.

Candidates shall currently be
residing
in Singapore.

Good written English
and oral communication skills.

Self-motivated,
optimistic, independent and pleasant personality.
